Ronald F. Rosso, M.D., a longtime resident of the South Bay area of Los Angeles, has trained extensively as a plastic surgeon.

Dr. Rosso attended Chadwick High School. He was graduated from UC Irvine with a BS degree in Biology and received his MD from UHS/The Chicago Medical School. He completed his General Surgery Residency Training at the Los Angeles County-University of Southern California Medical Center and his Plastic Surgery Research Fellowship at the Children's Hospital Los Angeles-University Southern California School of Medicine. He then went on to complete his Plastic Surgery Fellowship at the department of Plastic Surgery-Detroit Medical Center/Wayne State University his Cosmetic Surgery Training at the prestigious Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital, New York, N.Y.

He has given numerous medical presentations including: "Current Trends In Breast Augmentation", presented to the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (ASPRS) in New Orleans, Louisiana; "Deep Venous Thrombosis and Pulmonary Embolus Following Facelift", to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPRS) in Boston Massachusetts and "Does Furlow Palatoplasty Reduce Postoperative Fistula", presented to the Annual Scientific Meeting of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (ASPRS) in San Francisco, California.

His state Plastic Surgery Society Presentations include: "Deep Venous Thrombosis and Pulmonary Embolus Following Facelift", which was presented to the California Society of Plastic Surgeons; "Does Furlow Palatoplasty Reduce Postoperative Fistula?", which was also presented to the California Society of Plastic Surgeons; and "The Effect of Cooling on Flap Survival", presented to the Michigan Academy of Plastic Surgeons in Mackinac Island, Michigan.

His university Plastic Surgery Presentations include: "Facial Rejuvenation", "Bio-Materials in Plastic Surgery", "Ancillary Procedures In Plastic Surgery" and "Liposuction / Abdominoplasty".
